Elcies Bakery has an in-house delivery team, and we apply a delivery fee only for addresses more than 5 km from Nairobi Central Business District (CBD). Our system calculates delivery costs based on distance, and you’ll see the fee when you enter the delivery address or a nearby landmark in the checkout form. Our rates are competitive, with free delivery for the first 2 km and only KSH 20 per additional kilometer, making our charges 40% lower than typical rates on Uber or Bolt.
